The Threshold is a 5-week reset experience

The Threshold is the moment everything can change.

It is the moment you would usually go into the story, the fog, the shutdown, the blame, or “I don’t know.”

The mind tries to figure out the whole path. But the path does not land as a full plan. It lands through the body as the next yes, the next pull, or the next small step that has life on it.

Inside this 5-week reset experience, we practice meeting that moment differently: interrupt the old response, choose what you want to give life to, and let the next step land reliably.

Between live sessions, you’ll take this into your life through simple prompts, breath resets, proof-finding, and small daily actions that feel like a yes in your body.

This is a live, experiential group

Each week, we practice together using simple body-based tools, breath, reflection, and small choices you can use in real life.

You are not just learning about change. You are practicing a new response to the moments that usually stop you.

And we are not only working with overwhelm and shutdown. We are also tuning to what you want to feel now.

THE THRESHOLD EXPERIENCE

Week 1: Catch the Story and the Fire Beneath It

You’ll catch the story your mind tells when something is ready to change and see what it is protecting. Under “I don’t know,” “I’m not ready,” or “I need to be practical,” there may be hurt, anger, desire, or the clean fire that says, “Enough. This matters.”

Week 2: Your Threshold Detector

You’ll learn to spot the moment you are about to leave what you feel and go into your familiar story. Then we’ll use pattern interrupts and breath to stay with what is underneath.

Week 3: Stay with What's Underneath

You’ll practice staying with the feeling underneath the story instead of moving straight into explanation, blame, or mental looping. Breath helps your system learn that discomfort does not have to become a whole story.

Week 4: The Signal Beneath the Noise

You’ll practice noticing the difference between the protective story and intuition. The story feels tight, urgent, heavy, or familiar. Intuition is the yes in the body — curiosity, pull, openness, or aliveness.

Week 5: The Next Step

This week, we bring the full reset sequence together: catch the story, use your Threshold Detector, breathe with what is underneath, listen for the yes in the body, choose how you want to feel, and take the next step that has life in it.

Between the Live Sessions:

The threshold does not only happen on the call.

It happens in the middle of your real life — when the story starts, the fog rolls in, the “but…” shows up, or something in you feels a yes before your mind has a plan.

Between sessions, you’ll begin noticing your own threshold moments as they happen.

That repetition is how the old response begins to change. Not by thinking about it once, but by meeting the moment differently again and again.

You’ll bring those moments back into the live sessions, where we’ll work with them together.

About Wanda Vitale:

I’m Wanda Vitale, a transformational coach and creator of The Reality Architects, a YouTube channel for sensitives, empaths, and intuitive adults who are ready to create from the inside out.

I’m a certified Life Coach through the Brave Thinking Institute’s DreamBuilder Program, with a background in psychology, neuroscience, quantum physics, and spirituality, and a long chapter in corporate sales management. Before coaching, I spent years in the software industry leading multimillion-dollar deals and managing teams with full fiscal responsibility.

That world taught me how easily pressure and performance can disconnect us from the body, breath, and intuition that make real success sustainable.

I’m also a lifelong sensitive — the kind who feels everything — and a reformed overthinker.
